Refund and Cancellation Policy Under These Terms of Service
Services
If you purchase a service (including but not limited to fitness coaching, nutrition consulting, beauty consultations, or hair care advice) and are unsatisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that no service has been delivered. Once a service session has been completed, no refund will be issued.
Courses
For self-paced digital courses, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase if less than 30% of the course content has been accessed. After 30 days or once 30% or more of the course has been completed, no refund will be issued.
How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to mywellhealthorganic@gmail.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and include your order number and reason for the refund.
Cancellation of Recurring Services
If you have subscribed to a monthly service plan, you may cancel at any time by emailing us. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time in a billing cycle.
Limitation of Liability Under These Terms of Service
Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of the Company and any of its suppliers under any provision of these Terms of Service and Your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service or 100 USD if You haven’t purchased anything through the Service.
